What are your overall thoughts on Mark Yates'' first year in charge? His job when he first came in was to steady the ship and to keep us in the Football League, which he has done. This season he has brought in a good balance, conducted himself and staff with dignity, clearly has the best interests of the club at heart and has got his team playing very good football. I would say on behalf of all the fans, we are happy to have him and are grateful for what he has done. What was the highlight? I would say it has been seeing a group of lads bond and play good football on a regular basis. They're not the finished article but we always have a chance in games now.

And the lowlight? When Michael Townsend left, I really thought it was a mistake after the season he had. But I was surprised only Hereford wanted him and his form hasn't been great for them. What has been Mark Yates'' best signing so far? It has to be Wesley Thomas, his impact has been immense. I also think bringing back JJ Melligan and Keith Lowe were shrewd captures.
