A Jogger who is thought to have witnessed a incident at King George V playing fields in Cheltenham is urged to come forward by police.

A 46-year-old man suffered serious leg injuries after being hit by a jeep on Sunday, May 17 at 3.30pm. Peter Dore, from Cheltenham, has since had both of the limbs amputated.
