COUNTY business leader Benita Sutton-Cegarra has joined the call for more development and encouragement of women in company management. Her views followed the announcement from the Institute of Directors, of which she is Gloucestershire chairman, that in response to a Government inquiry into women in the workplace, the organisation is totally against gender quotas.
