Summary
THERE'S a charity called the Restorative Justice Consortium. It works with prisons, youth offending teams, children's charities, the police and mediation organisations. The aim is simple: to get criminals and their victims around a table to talk about the crime - why the perpetrator did it, how the victim felt.
