Cheltenham Mp Martin Horwood has hit out at unelected groups for ignoring the wishes of voters.

Speaking in the House of Commons on a debate on the Housing and Regeneration Bill, Mr Horwood used the example of a plan to put thousands of homes on the edge of Cheltenham to criticise quangos and inspectors for meddling.
