VOLUNTEERS have criticised new rules that mean they have to pay to park at county hospitals.
The unpaid workers at Cheltenham General and Gloucestershire Royal hospitals say they used to park for free. But private firm VINCI Park, which took over management of car parks at the sites earlier this year, has introduced a new permit system.See the full content of this document
