Martin Horwood Lib Dem, Cheltenham CHELTENHAM has voted and in both the parliamentary vote and the council elections, local voters swung behind the Lib Dem agenda of fairness, openness and green politics. schools and unique university and colleges. Cuts are coming, whoever ends up in 10 Downing Street, and we need to be ready to fight for free local services where they are really needed.

I'm clear my mandate from the people of Cheltenham is to put our town's interests first. Of course, that means delivering stable government and a clear plan to address the national deficit so Cheltenham people can look forward to a period of sustainable prosperity.
