SHOULD I book a table? That was the only question facing me over my Thursday night visit to the Hilltop restaurant in Gloucester. It's south Indian and Nepalese cuisine, delivered in the form of imaginative as well as favourite and familiar dishes, is well-known among the curry-eating classes.
