Name: Cate Mackenzie Lives: Chelsea, London Occupation: Heart coach What does a Heart coach do exactly? I support people to connect with the highest, authentic part of themselves - their dreams, desires and ambitions. Then, using coaching and psychological methods we work to open up the heart to create the life they want and to move through any resistance that might be blocking it. Is the system rooted in science or is it a spiritual thing? I am trained as a life coach, a teacher and a workshop leader. My experience tells me that each person has special gifts and that these gifts are held in their heart. Through different difficulties many people may have closed their hearts and may not be able to connect with themselves and their dreams and wishes. Something profound occurs when people take themselves seriously enough to want more for themselves.

How did you become a heart coach? I was studying sociology at university and didn't feel very connected to it as I was more interested in creativity and empowering people.
