A YOUNG businessman says he has been driven out of Cheltenham by sky-high licence fees.

Just three months after setting up Juke Cafe in the car park of the Hatherley Lane B&Q, Charlie Daffern says he is unwilling to continue paying fees of more than Pounds 4,000 a year for permission to carry on selling from his 20ft van.
