HEALTH chiefs in Gloucestershire have reviewed security after confidential patient records were stolen.

NHS Gloucestershire has signed a formal undertaking with the Information Commissioner's Office after six computers - one containing details of 2,270 patients - were stolen from Stroud General Hospital in March.
