Summary
A CHELTENHAM man who raped a seven-year-old girl and sexually assaulted her in a bedroom at his home more than 30 years ago has walked free from court with a supervision order. Because of his learning difficulties, John Freeman, 50, of Princess Elizabeth Way, was found mentally unfit to plead to the charges.
