Ingredients: 400g or 1 lb pork sausages 16 strawberries 2 Little Gem lettuces 12 cherry tomatoes 1 red onion, chopped roughly 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard 1 tbsp light muscovado sugar 1 avocado 1/4 cucumber 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar Crusty bread (to serve) Method: Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Cut the sausages into quarters and fry in the oil.

Add the onion and fry for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the mustard and sugar and then the tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes start to split.
