PAUL Mount's nomination could not have come on a better day for the Gloucester businessman and player manager. It is his vision that has become reality in Gloucester, with the latest accolade being the granting of Centre of Excellence status by the WPBSA. Only last week the venue, which opened in June last year, hosted the second Players Tour Championship, which featured the sport's top professionals including Ronnie O'Sullivan, John Higgins and Judd Trump and greats such as Steve Davis and Stephen Hendry.
