TICKETS sold out yesterday for Cheltenham Town's FA Cup third- round tie against high-flying Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane on Saturday, January 7. Fans have turned out in huge numbers to claim their seats for the big occasion, and the level of demand means that tickets will not be going on general sale. The three priority groups set up by the club have booked out the Robins' full allocation, and fans have also filled the coaches put on by the club to travel to the match against Harry Redknapp's side.

Media officer James Brown explained that while the process went much to plan, the level of demand was still surprising.
