AFTER watching ITV''s Tonight programme - which was shocking viewing for me, let alone for people who have been victims of crime - it was so refreshing to read how Hayley Lloyd has turned her life around since doing community service.

I know that some people who were on the receiving end of her criminal life when she was drinking may not agree, but everyone deserves a second chance.
