A LANDMARK pub is expected to open for business by Christmas after new landlords took the helm.

The Royal, near St Mary's Church, is undergoing a revamp after being taken on by owners of the Exmouth Arms pub, Georgina and Mike Huysinga. The couple, who are both in their 40s, will be moving into the Enterprise Inns-owned building once the transformation is complete.
