Madam - Regarding the article on shopkeepers and councillors in Tewkesbury saying over-eager traffic wardens are killing trade (Echo, December 18) - there has to be give and take on both sides.
Surely the council can reduce parking charges which should encourage shoppers to use the car parks. However, there are always people who, no matter what the price to park their car, are too lazy to do so and will continue to flout the rules.See the full content of this document
