GETTING to grips with business administration is all in a day's work for Bovis Homes apprentices Natalie Crouch and Kelsey Evans.

The pair are now into their third week of work with the Bishop's Cleeve-based house builder after being taken on as part of the Echo's 100inONEHUNDRED campaign. Both 19-year-old Natalie, from Sedgeberrow, and 16-year-old Kelsey, from Cheltenham, are on one- year training schemes to learn the realities of business as part of an National Vocational Qualification Level II in business administration.
