New Tesco Store Could Open Opposite Station

ANOTHER Tesco is set to open in Cheltenham next summer as part of a Pounds 3.3 million development opposite the town's railway station. The retail giant will launch a fourth town store just a short distance from its main town site and within 100 yards of a rival Co-op.

But bosses of the supermarket were warned yesterday that they may not be welcome in Queen's Road.
