Harold Leslie Rogers, 57, of The Crescent, Gloucester Road, appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court yesterday. Mr Rogers is facing two charges of engaging in sexual activity with a boy aged 14, contrary to the Sexual Offences Act 2003.See the full content of this document
