LEGISLATION has extended the right to request flexible working to parents of children under the age of 18, and is due to come into force in April 2011.
The right to request flexible working at present is available to parents of children aged under 17, aged under 18 if the child is disabled and to parents with caring responsibilities for dependant adults.See the full content of this document
