ACTING on behalf of Gladman Developments, joint marketing agents Alder King and Nick Bevan Consulting have secured a new tenant for Miller Court office development in Tewkesbury. The agents let Unit 8 Miller Court, a 2,250 sq ft office unit, to C Software Limited on a new five-year lease. C Software is a software development company, currently based in Tewkesbury that has been operating for more than 15 years. It has developed bespoke software solutions for many companies and organisations.
