Summary
At A time when many UK hospitals are often in the news for the wrong reasons, I would like to take the opportunity of praising the staff at Cheltenham General Hospital.
Having recently been diagnosed with cancer, my father was admitted to the General. From his pre-admission, outpatient visits, through to his in-patient experience, via the Pamington Suite and then on to Prescott Ward, the care has been excellent. The staff were attentive throughout, even during the busy Easter period, when they appeared to be short staffed and were still able to deliver first rate care. They all deserve a massive pat on the back for being to deliver such a high standard of care. Well done.See the full content of this document
