COUNTY-based helicopter group Bond Aviation would not discuss its proposed sell-off to a Spanish rival yesterday.
But the company which operates out of Gloucestershire airport at Staverton denied that a Pounds 300 million deal had already been struck. According to reports the company, owned by brothers Peter and Stephen Bond, is going to be snapped up by Spain's Inaer which is owned by Investindustrial of Italy. Bond Aviation has around 40 aircraft servicing the oil and gas market and running air ambulance and police operations.See the full content of this document
