WHAT would your instant reaction be to someone who attacked children in a drunken rampage, punching one of them in the face? A jail sentence? Certainly. Even if that person was a 20-year-old woman? Yes, why not? Fortunately, when Hayley Lloyd admitted that very attack, she was not sent to jail or into youth custody.
