Summary
WHEN Harriet Elwes was setting up her Foodworks cookery school in the Cotswolds, she turned to local producers for both her food and equipment.
Gillman's, the Gloucester appliance specialists, installed the Neff appliances at the school's purpose-built premises on the Colesbourne Park Estate - home of Harriet's father-in-law, Gloucestershire Lord Lieutenant Sir Henry Elwes. Gillman's trade sales manager, Tim Williams, said: "Harriet wants to source as much as possible locally to keep a low carbon footprint and that applies to the equipment as much as the ingredients. So, she is buying food from local producers and appliances from us."See the full content of this document
