MARK Yates has praised goalkeeper Scott Brown for the way he has responded to a spell out of Cheltenham Town's starting line-up.

Brown will make his third FA Cup appearance of the season in this afternoon's plum tie at Tottenham Hotspur. But for three months he was forced to play second fiddle to England Under-21 star Jack Butland for League Two matches.
