Summary
FIVE county tourism businesses and attractions have been awarded the internationally recognised "Committed to Excellence" standard under a pilot scheme run by the Tourism Skills Network South West. In all, 33 businesses from all over the South West took part in the European Foundation for Quality Management scheme.
Over six months, the businesses identified three improvement projects in a process designed to help them develop a clear vision and gain skills for future business development.See the full content of this document
