CHELTENHAM Animal Shelter currently has 50 dogs, 27 cats, nine rabbits and three guinea pigs in its care.

I have previously mentioned about how 2010 has been the worst year on record for the shelter with regards to the number of unwanted and abandoned animals coming through the doors.
