Summary
HOW would you describe a night out drinking with friends? "Fun", perhaps? Or maybe even "boisterous" if a few more drinks than normal are consumed? One word you would certainly never use is "selfish". But now that senior figures within the NHS in Gloucestershire have used it, have another think.
