WITH reference to Cheltenham General Hospital's car parking company, I would like to bring to your and the public's interest the extreme lengths they go to enforce their rules.

My wife was admitted to hospital. After a few days her condition became worse and she was admitted to intensive care for nine days before recovering somewhat and returning to Dixton Ward. She was still very ill and my son, his wife and I were allowed to keep a bedside vigil.
