A HELICOPTER which crashed near Winchcombe killing three people was being flown by a pilot who wasn't trained to fly in fog, an investigation has found.
Pilot Roderick Paskey, 55, died alongside passengers Lawrence Bailey, 55, and Danielle Fleming, 27, when the ex-military helicopter came down in thick mist.
