A JUDGE who imposed a two-month curfew on a Cheltenham dad agreed to lift it for three days of the festive period so he can spend time with his eight-year-old son.

Daniel Croft, 26, formally of Collyberry Road, in Woodmancote, but now of Weston Road, Gloucester, must be indoors every night from 8pm to 8am - except on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, when he can stay with his parents and his son in Cheltenham, ruled Judge Michael Harington.
