Summary

ALL creatures great and small basked in the sunshine at a traditional day out in the countryside. Hoards of people flocked to the Vale Country Fair and Point to Point at Andoversford. It was not just the horses and jockeys who were winners - their canine counterparts were also given the chance to shine in a family dog show and terrier racing. Youngsters were kept entertained with a fairground at the event, put on by the Cotswold Vale Farmers' Hunt.

Budding jockeys of the future also had a chance to try their hand at pony racing.
