I SEE Tewkesbury Borough Council wants to spend Pounds 35,000 to provide every councillor with a laptop (Echo, January 8).
I can maybe see why it needs new computers, but does it need printers and routers too? This implies that these will be used at home - so they become perks of the job.See the full content of this document
