Summary
I WOULD like to express my thanks to the Rococo Players for their production of Romeo and Juliet.
My daughter and I attended the performance on Wednesday evening and thoroughly enjoyed the modern slant they put on this Shakespearean play. The weather was perfect so we could picnic on the lawns beforehand and the covered seating was comfortable. But the evening was marred by the police helicopter which hovered overhead for at least 15 minutes - so closely overhead that one could smell the fumes from the engine and the noise which completely drowned the actors' voices. Praise must be given to the actors who carried on regardless, in true tradition, although it must have been extremely annoying and frustrating. Well done.See the full content of this document
