HUNDREDS of people crammed into a village church yesterday to say their final farewells to a popular pub landlady. Mourners packed into St Giles Church in Maisemore to pay tribute to Jan Madden. Jan, landlady at the Rising Sun pub in Hartpury, died from head injuries after a riding accident two weeks ago aged 57.
As her coffin was carried into the church at 2.30pm, her husband Tom followed closely behind.See the full content of this document
