Crime on Cheltenham's housing estates has dropped.

Statistics revealed by the Home Office, using the British Crime Survey, show there were 17 per cent fewer crimes committed in Cheltenham during April to June this year compared to the same three months in 2007, dropping from 3,460 to 2,881.
