DEVELOPERS Robert Hitchins Limited has let the largest suite in Avionics House at the Kingsway Business Park, Quedgeley, Gloucester to a care provider. The sole marketing agents, Alder King let Suite One, comprising of 2,431sq-ft of office space, to Parallel Options on a new 10-year lease.
Parallel Options has fitted out the office suite to its requirements and will shortly relocate from its current premises at Discovery Court in Gloucester city centre. Parallel Options is an established provider of supported living and domiciliary care for vulnerable adults with complex needs who have a learning disability and/or mental health needs. Its care packages offer clients the chance to live independently in their own home within the community where they can be supported both day and night by a dedicated and specialist team of support workers.
