CHELTENHAM-based Newland Homes has won Best Housing Large Developer for its Park Lane development in Corsham at the first annual Local Authority Building Control (LABC) awards for the West of England.

The firm was a finalist a further two times during the contest, once more in the large developer category with its Newland Grove development in Yatton Keynell and also in the Best Partnership with a Local Authority category for its work with South Gloucestershire Council.
