Madam - I have to take a car to work as there is no public transport that will get me from Tewkesbury to Cheltenham for a 6.30am start.
The recent introduction of lots of parking wardens and the intention of removing any free on-street parking in Cheltenham, coupled with the undoubted gradual rise in all-day parking charges at car parks, means that I will soon have nowhere to park.See the full content of this document
