STAFF at a firm of solicitors were more than happy to let their standards slip for a day.
The normally smart employees at Thomson and Bancks, in Tewkesbury's Church Street, paid Pounds 1 each to dress down on Pink Friday. The special day, which also saw them bake cakes and have a tombola, raised Pounds 70 for Breast Cancer Awareness. Employee Christine Turner, who underwent treatment for breast cancer last year, encouraged colleagues to join in and make a donation in one of the collection boxes around the building.See the full content of this document
