A CARAVAN site in The Reddings is bidding to become a permanent residential area.
The owners of Stansby Residential Park, have made an application to Cheltenham Borough Council for permission to remove a clause which forbids it being used as a caravan site during the month of January. If successful, the caravan site would become a permanent residence for the occupants. The clause was tagged onto a use of land application more than 20 years ago in order to comply with the Tourism Policy within the Cheltenham Environment Local Plan. Regency Park Homes Ltd, which owns the site, wants the 1989 condition to be removed.See the full content of this document
