OUTSIDE Imjin Barracks, in Roberts Road, is an eyesore - an antique 'STOP' sign with circles and triangles, and all the red paint faded away. A legal expert tells me a road sign not fit for purpose is a good defence in court. Over Christmas a small anti-war sticker was attached, visible to pedestrians.
