The boss of a Cotswold aviation company has lost an appeal over the firm's failure to deduct council tax from one of its employees.

Cotswold District Council made an attachment of earnings order against Devonair Aviation Services in order to recover pounds1,140 council tax owed by hangar manager, Colin Vizor, Gloucester Crown Court heard.
