Mitsubishi Car company worker Alex Warren was arrested and locked up for 22 hours by police investigating her bogus complaint, said prosecutor Lisa Hennessy at Gloucester Crown Court.

Olympic ski jumper Eddie the Eagle Edwards has been lined up to open the Dursley Festival next month. Eddie, from Cheltenham, made headlines around the world when he became the first UK ski jumper to compete in the Winter Olympics, in 1988.
